The Water of Life! This Could Save Your Life! And It’s Free!

July 10, 2013 by Healthyhank

Many years ago [1958] I was in the Navy and was curious about prisoners of war survival.  I was also preparing myself to join the UDT [underwater demolition team] and was learning about survival methods.  In these searches I learned about people drinking their urine and how that fluid saved their lives.  My initial reaction was like yours – Yuck!

Only knowledge will move you through that :-).  For many years I continued to hear and read about encounters with injuries, emergencies, survival stories and just the simple use of UT [Urine Therapy] in infections etc.  Surfers have used their urine to heal/neutralize jelly fish stings for years!

It’s important to me that I give my perspective about UT and the opportunity to have this in your arsenal for health and survival!  When you do your homework on this topic, you will take the control of your health [especially in emergencies], to a much higher level!

UT has been used for centuries in various cultures.  It has been argued that it cannot be right to take back into the body something which the body is apparently discarding.  Yet this objection ignores the principle of COMPOSTING as practiced by organic gardeners.  Rotting dead leaves and vegetables, when blended back into the soil, provide valuable mineral salts to nourish new plant life.  The same principle holds good for the human body.

Please go to Amazon.com and purchase the book by John Armstrong “The Water of Life”.  Disregard the various cover colors – the original was printed in 1937.  Reading his work shows us that the battle of “disease management” was alive and well 75 years ago!  Another very short book to consider is “The Choice Is Clear” by Allen E. Banik.

I remember reading a small hard cover book 25 years ago [don’t remember the name] that railed about the downfall of the Nation’s health because of the pharmaceutical industryThe book was written in 1886!  Reading it today, you would not have to change much!  The populous today is extremely toxic beyond what anyone could imagine!  Virtually all auto immune diseases have toxins as its foundation.

Let’s look at some basics; our urine is processed through the most sophisticated distiller that exists – our kidneys.  The fluid we call urine is an incredible solution that has many attributes that we probably never knew about.  It is probably the ‘cleanest’ fluid on the planet!

Here is another perspective; while a woman is carrying her baby in the first three months the fluids that the fetus is living in are primarily hers.  The next six months the fluids are primarily the fetus’ urine!  Obviously not ‘toxic/dirty water’…  The kidneys are the most efficient distiller in existence!  Urine is probably the most pure fluid on earth.  Most high end cosmetics use ‘urea’ extensively since there are few substances on earth that are better for healing skin tissue!

Here is a statement that will stretch you a bit!  If you had a poisonous bite/sting or nut allergy, put drops of your urine on your tongue about ½ minute plus after bite/reaction, the lymph node sensors in the lower jaw/mouth/tongue will evaluate the challenge/need and tell the body to create the antidote/solution!  Go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_msWtSljFQw – this lengthy [2+ hours] interview has powerful information on ‘distilled water’ [just the first ½ hour is powerful].

The range of healing solutions that UT can bring to the table is astounding!  Cancer, common cold, rheumatism, arthritis, obesity, prostate challenge, pyorrhea and the list goes on and on!  The critics of UT have very weak cases and are $$ motivated in my opinion.  Remember there is NO money to be made with UT!

We All Need an Emergency Preparation Plan… Here is One for You!

November 6, 2012 by Healthyhank

What does it take to be a self survivalist?  It takes more than just supplies and information; it takes a mindset that will take us out of the ‘box’ that we live in and enter into an open minded place that will not be satisfied with status quo…  Know one thing; we are on our own!

When you evaluate emergencies of various sorts we see patterns that seem to always reoccur.  The common risk elements are usually related to FEAR!  Fear of the known and the unknown…

Fear can be replaced with calm/peace when you are prepared and trained.  Knowledge will help however, without the experience of a successful or even failed event you will never know how you will respond/react!

It is critical for you all to know that you MUST practice and plan for difficult events.  When you see the results of how most people have prepared for disasters you can see why this process should be taken seriously.

Where do you start?  Take a blank piece of paper and draw a line down the middle top to bottom.  List the weaknesses on the left and the strengths on the right.  Then think about a scenario where you will NOT be able to leave your home for three weeks…

List the various ingredients of your strengths and weakness’ and you will have a good picture of how you could fare.  The goal would be to NOT have to rely on Government agencies help during the first weeks of a challenge.

My list starts with personal safety, if someone attacks me and my family it won’t matter if I’m getting ill/sick.  The question is what will work for you?  Do you have most of these items?

Cayenne – This Simple Herb is a Life Savior!

August 8, 2010 by Healthyhank

Cayenne can ‘repair’ an ulcer?  Cayenne can ‘stop’ a heart attack or stroke?  Cayenne can ‘stop’ a ruptured artery blood flow?  How can that be?

About 20 years ago I was taking a Dr. John Christopher Master Herbalist course.  Dr Christopher was an amazing herbalist with a heart as large as the State of Idaho during the early decades of the 20 century…  born in 1909 and died of a severe head injury in 1983.  He was put in jail many times during his medical career because he used simple herbs and common sense very successfully.  In 1953 he started his herbalist school that his son David successfully manages.

This course taught me many of the foundational solutions to wellness.  The teaching about Cayenne had a big impact on me.

My opening line made some strong statements about an ulcer, a heart attack or stroke, a flowing ruptured artery?  Cayenne is probably the most powerful individual herb on the earth.

I personally have used tincture of cayenne and powder numerous times; one important time was when a collogue was at my office and began to have a heart attack and was quickly going very grey…  I knew that if I called 911 and waited for very long he would be dead.  I grabbed my bottle of tincture of cayenne (200,000 HI) and put about 20 drops in a small amount of water – then forced him to drink it.  In about 15 seconds he was violently coughing and within 90 seconds his color was PINK!  He went home and slept and was back at work the next day… cayenne saved his life.

Another story; it was Christmas time and we had 12 people for a special dinner.  It was time for me to carve the ribs and I cut a very deep gash in my hand.  Blood was squirting from the cut and I called for help getting an eyedropper of cayenne in my body.  Taking the cayenne, the bleeding stopped almost immediately.  I then got powdered cayenne poured into the wound, used butterfly bandages, gauss wrapped and then applied drops of Helichrysum (essential oil) to eliminate the pain.  I then went back to carving my roast :).  Less than 10 minutes had passed and the next day all you saw was a brown line – no swelling – no bruising.  After a couple of weeks – no mark/scar!

The main reason this happened is as follows; the pressure at the point of the heart attack, stroke or artery rupture is very high, cayenne causes so much heat that the blood pressure system will equalize throughout.  When the cayenne takes effect the pressure is removed from the ‘spot’.  Pouring cayenne powder directly into a wound will also stop the bleeding very quickly.

The list of things that cayenne helps is quite long, here is a partial;

  1. Circulatory stimulant – blood pressure reduces itself to normal.
  2. Cayenne equalizes blood pressure, influencing the heart immediately, and then extends its effects to the venous structure.
  3. Cayenne is a certain remedy for a heart attack/stroke – of all edible plants cayenne is the richest sources of Vitamin E – the heart builder.
  4. Commonly used as a gastric stimulant and digestive aid.
  5. Cayenne helps repair/protect a stomach ulcer by triggering mucus to protect the stomach – directly the opposite of medical opinion.
  6. Cayenne will increase a person’s feeling of vitality.
  7. Cayenne is used as an accentuator – it helps deliver herbs to the afflicted part of the body.

I have cayenne tinctures in each car, my briefcase and each bathroom.  Learn about this herb and gain another powerful tool!
